Where is my data hosted and how is it protected?+
Birasyo runs on Microsoft Azure Europe (Türkiye region on request). Data is in transit over TLS 1.3 and at rest under AES-256. We are registered with VERBİS (Turkish DPA); sensitive fields (national ID, IBAN) are column-level encrypted. See our Security page for details.
How do I migrate from my existing software (Logo, Mikro, Eta, Netsis, Luca)?+
Standard setup includes migration: customers, suppliers, products, stock movements and opening balances are imported automatically. Run Birasyo alongside your old software during transition and cut over at month/period close.
How is user training delivered?+
Module-by-module Turkish video library, live online onboarding sessions before each module goes live, and a dedicated consultant for the first 30 days. A separate CPA training track is standard.
