This policy explains which cookies Birasyo.com sets, for what purposes, and the rights you have. It complies with Turkey's Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a site stores in your browser. It supports session continuity, language preference and visit analytics.

2. Cookie categories we use

A) Strictly necessary cookies

Required for the site to function. Not subject to your consent. Security, session, CSRF protection, language preference.

• birasyo-consent-v1 — stores your cookie preference (1 year)
• locale — language preference (1 year)

B) Analytics cookies

We measure site usage via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). IP addresses are anonymised (anonymize_ip). We see visit count, popular pages, device/browser type and traffic source. No personally identifying data (national ID, name, email) is sent to GA4.

• _ga, _ga_* — user distinction (2 years)
• Data processor: Google Ireland Limited (Google Privacy Policy)

C) Marketing cookies

No marketing cookies are active today. If we add Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads in the future, this policy will be updated and re-consent requested.

3. Google Consent Mode v2

The site implements Google Consent Mode v2. Until you consent, no tracking data is sent to Google (GA4); only anonymous signals (e.g. click counts) may be collected. Measurement starts when you consent.

4. How to change your preference

Clear the 'birasyo-consent-v1' key in your browser's local storage to see the banner again and change your choice. You can also block or delete cookies via browser settings; some features may stop working.

5. Third-party processors

• Google Ireland Limited — Analytics (GA4). Server: EU
• Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS / CDN (technical)
• Web3Forms — Form submissions (triggered only upon form submit, sets no cookie)
• Microsoft Azure Europe — Birasyo ERP platform hosting

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Art. 15-22 you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Requests: info@birasyo.com

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced on the site.
