How does it calculate actual cost?

Standard and actual cost are kept together. Material, labour and production overhead are collected per work order. Variance analysis is done between standard and actual cost.

Can you take data from machines?

The IoT module collects data from machines and calculates OEE. Whether a connection can be made depends on the machine and its control unit, so which lines will be connected is decided after looking on site.

Are quality control processes included in the system?

Yes. Incoming, in-process and final inspection can be defined. Non-conformance records and quarantine stock are managed in the system. Serial and lot traceability works together with the inventory module.
