This page explains which personal data we collect when you visit birasyo.com and fill in its forms, what we use it for, and the rights you have.
Data that companies enter into Birasyo ERP is outside the scope of this page. That data is processed under the contracts we sign with our customers.

2. What we collect
Information you give us in forms
Our demo and contact forms ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), company name, company size range, sector and your message. Your IP address also reaches us when the form is sent. We use it to prevent abuse of the forms.
Information about how you use the site
If you give consent in the cookie window, we measure the pages you view, your scrolling and link clicks, your device and browser type, the source you came from and your approximate location (city level). Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
Technical records
The infrastructure that delivers the site (Cloudflare) processes your IP address, the time of each request and your browser information for security and access. It also adds a cookieless script that measures how fast pages load. This measurement does not depend on your consent and does not recognise you between visits.
What we do not collect
The site has no membership, comment or payment area. We do not ask for national ID numbers, bank details or card details.

We do not sell your data and we do not give it to third parties for advertising.
4. Who receives the data
Your data is transferred only to the providers below, which we use to run the site, its forms and our mailboxes:

These providers' servers are outside Türkiye, so your data is transferred abroad to that extent. Beyond this, we share your data with competent authorities only where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep the data
- Information you send through a form counts as commercial correspondence and is kept for 10 years under Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code. When the period ends it is deleted or anonymised.
- The lifetimes of measurement cookies are listed in the Cookie Policy.
6. How we protect the data
The site and its forms run over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to form records is restricted by permission. Details about the infrastructure are on the Security page.
7. Your rights
Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) gives you the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information about the processing
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose
- Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data is transferred
- Have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected
- Have the data erased or destroyed under the conditions set by law
- Have third parties who received the data notified of corrections and erasures
- Object to a result against you that arises from analysis by automated systems alone
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing
Send your request by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the address above. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
Withdrawing consent to measurement
You can withdraw the consent you gave for measurement at any time. The button below clears your choice and reopens the consent window.
8. Birasyo ERP accounts and other sites
The “Log in” and demo account links on the site lead to the Birasyo ERP application at app.birasyo.com. Accounts opened in the application and data entered into it are outside the scope of this policy.
The site also contains links to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
9. Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page.
