This notice informs visitors of birasyo.com and people who fill in its forms, as required by Article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Data processed and purposes
- Identity and contact details (name, e-mail, phone, company name) and request details (company size range, sector, message): processed to answer your request, arrange a demo and prepare a quote.
- Transaction security data (IP address, request time, browser information): processed to prevent abuse of the forms and keep the site secure.
- Site usage data (pages viewed, scrolling and link clicks, device and browser type, approximate location): processed only with your consent, to measure how the site is used and improve it.
3. Collection method and legal basis
Your data is collected electronically: when you fill in the forms on the site and, during your visit, through cookies and similar tools.
- Form data: directly related to entering into a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- Transaction security data: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- Site usage data: your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). You give it in the cookie window and can withdraw it at any time.
4. Data transfers
Your data is transferred to the providers below, which we use to run the site, its forms and our mailboxes. Because their servers are outside Türkiye, this is a transfer abroad.

Beyond this, your data is shared with competent authorities only where the law requires it.
5. Your rights and how to apply
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information about the processing
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose
- Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data is transferred
- Have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected
- Have the data erased or destroyed under the conditions set by law
- Have third parties who received the data notified of corrections and erasures
- Object to a result against you that arises from analysis by automated systems alone
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing
Send your request by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the address above. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
