Will our existing POS hardware keep working?+
Till integration depends on device make and model. We list your devices together during discovery and tell you exactly which integrations are ready and which need development.
Can we manage pricing and campaigns centrally?+
Yes. Price lists and campaign rules are defined centrally and pushed to the branches they apply to. Branch-level exceptions are also possible.
We issue a lot of e-archive invoices — is there an extra charge?+
e-Invoice, e-Archive and e-Dispatch are included in every plan with no separate integration fee. Very high volumes may need a credit package, which is stated openly in your quote.
