There are integrations for the widely used marketplaces. We confirm the marketplaces you sell on one by one in the first meeting. If one is not on the list, we look at its API and assess it.

We sell the same product on more than one channel. How is stock managed?

Stock is kept in one place, and the quantity set aside for each channel can be defined. When a sale is made on one channel, the stock of the other channels falls automatically, which lowers the risk of selling a product that is out of stock.

Is there courier integration?

The logistics module covers courier company integrations and the e-İrsaliye (e-dispatch note) flow. We list the courier companies you have agreements with together in the first meeting.

Are returns and cancellations reflected in the system?

Yes. Returns and cancellations from the marketplace are posted to the order record, and stock and accounting are corrected accordingly.
