What does Retail chain integration (EDI) do?
If you supply supermarket chains, keying in each day's orders from Excel one by one, writing dispatch notes and issuing invoices wears your team out. Birasyo connects directly to the chains' systems. Incoming orders are opened automatically, and dispatch notes and invoices are sent to the chain electronically. Reconciliation differences such as short deliveries, price differences and carton returns are reported automatically.

Automatic order intake
Orders from retail chains arrive in the system without manual entry and are split by store and warehouse.
Sending dispatch notes and invoices
The dispatch note (DESADV) and invoice (INVOIC) are sent to the chain's system electronically. Barcode, carton number and SSCC pallet details are added automatically.
Reconciliation and difference management
The quantity the chain received is compared with your dispatch note automatically. Missing, damaged and returned items are listed separately, so at month-end statement reconciliation you only look at the differences.
Barcodes and labels
The barcode structure each chain asks for (GTIN-13, ITF-14), the carton label (SSCC) and the pallet label are produced automatically. They are checked with the handheld terminal before dispatch.
Promotion and campaign management
Chain-specific campaign prices, turnover bonuses and shelf fee deductions are calculated automatically. The invoice is issued net of these amounts.

Which supermarket chains does it integrate with?
It works with national and regional supermarket chains. Integration for a new chain is put in place within 1-2 weeks.
Does it work with the chain's EDI service provider?
Yes. It integrates directly with widely used EDI service providers. No extra middleware is needed.
What do you do for chains that work through a portal or email and do not use EDI?
The order and invoice flow is also set up through automatic login to the chain's web portal (RPA) or through structured email. You still do not need to enter anything by hand.
Is e-Fatura the same as an EDI invoice?
No. e-Fatura (e-invoice) goes to GİB, and the EDI invoice goes to the chain's own system. Birasyo issues both at the same time, so there are no duplicate invoices or missed sends.
