In Birasyo portals, employees, customers, suppliers and dealers do their work from their own screen. The portals open on a computer and in the phone browser. The workload reaching HR and customer service goes down, and supplier transactions move to the portal.

Employee portal
Leave requests, payslip viewing, attendance, expense claims, and pay rise and promotion requests. It is used on both computer and phone.
Role and permission settings
Detailed access permissions by type of portal user, data sharing that complies with KVKK, and a permission matrix.
Multilingual (TR/EN)
The interface is in Turkish and English. Additional languages can be defined.
Customer portal
The customer sees their orders, invoices and account statement. They place orders, make payments and open support requests.
Supplier portal
Open orders, dispatch note upload, invoice submission, viewing the payment plan and pricing quote requests.
Dealer portal
The dealer sees stock, places orders, follows turnover and target and bonus status, and joins campaigns.
Service and support portal
The customer opens a support request, follows its status and finds answers in the knowledge base. Resolution time (SLA) is tracked automatically.
Candidate and job application portal
Careers site, open positions, CV upload and tracking of the interview process. It works with the recruitment module.
Use on the phone
The employee and customer portals open in the phone browser and are added to the home screen to be used like an app.
A portal under your own brand
The portal is published with your own logo, brand colour and domain name.

Which portals are there?
Employee, customer, supplier, dealer, support and candidate portals. All of them have role and permission settings and an interface in Turkish and English.
Are portal users charged?
There is no charge for employee, customer, supplier and dealer portal users. You pay only for ERP user licences.
Can we use our own domain name?
Yes. The portal opens on your own subdomain (portal.yourcompany.com) and uses your logo and brand colour.
