Which portals are actually live today?+
Live now: Employee Self-Service (leave, payslips, expenses, attendance), Roles & Permissions (RBAC), TR/EN multilingual. Customer/Supplier/Dealer/Support/Applicant portals, native mobile apps, white-label theme and AI chatbot are scheduled between 2026 Q3 and 2027 Q1; ETAs are marked on each feature card.
Are roadmap portals included in the licence?+
Yes. Customers who buy the Self-Service package today get every roadmap portal at no extra cost as it launches. Early customers also shape feature prioritisation.
Do portal users pay?+
Employee, customer, supplier and dealer portal users are free — you pay only for core ERP seats.
Can we use our own domain?+
Custom subdomains (portal.yourcompany.com) for the employee portal are supported today. Full white-label theming (logo, brand colour, sender e-mail) goes live in 2026 Q4.
