Step-by-step setup
The chart of accounts, VAT and special consumption tax rates, stock cards and invoice templates come ready for your sector (retail, manufacturing, services, foreign trade).
Bring your existing data
Customers, products, stock and invoices are migrated from your current software or from Excel. Opening balances are loaded in one go.
A dedicated setup consultant
A consultant is assigned to you for the first 30 days and supports you by screen sharing, phone and WhatsApp.
Video training in Turkish
Short videos for each module, a user guide that fits the way accountants work, and certified user training.
Works with your accountant
A separate authorised user is opened for your accountant. Data is exported ready for e-Defter (e-ledger), e-Fatura (e-invoice) and VAT, withholding and provisional tax returns.

Frequently asked questions
Can I migrate the data in my current software?
Yes. Customers, suppliers, products, stock movements and opening balances are migrated automatically from widely used accounting and ERP software. Before the migration we go through your data together.
Will my work be disrupted during setup?
No. You use Birasyo alongside your current software and switch on the day you are ready. Your setup consultant plans the month-end or period-end switch together with you.
Are setup and data migration included in the quote?
The scope of setup, data migration and any customisation is written clearly in the quote. Because the scope is agreed at the start, there are no surprises later.
