What does Project management do?
Birasyo Project is built for construction, consulting, agency and software companies to manage their projects from start to finish. It includes Gantt planning, resource management, time entry, project accounting, progress claims and a customer portal. Use it with the ERP, on its own, or connected to your existing software.

Gantt and Kanban
Task dependencies, milestones, critical path analysis and drag-and-drop planning.
Resource management
Booking of team members, equipment and space, capacity planning and clash alerts.
Time entry
Weekly or daily time entry, approval flow and entry from the phone. Billable time and internal time are kept separate.
Project budget and cost
Planned and actual figures are compared. Labour, material and subcontractor costs are tracked separately, and a profit margin forecast is produced.
Progress claims and progress invoices
Progress claims, percentage of completion and retention for construction and contracting work.
Subcontractors
Subcontractor agreements, payment plans, work handover tracking and automatic withholding tax calculation.
Customer portal
The customer sees their own project: progress, documents, invoices and deliveries awaiting approval.
Task and work management
To-do lists, subtasks, checklists, labels, assignment and change history.
Project documents
Files by project, version tracking and e-signature. Sharing with contractors and customers is limited by permission.
Project portfolio summary
All projects on one screen for the manager: resource use, total profitability and projects at risk.
Invoicing and revenue recognition
Fixed-price, hourly, milestone-based and monthly fixed-fee invoicing. Revenue is recognised in line with ASC 606.
AI assistant
The AI gives the project a risk score, forecasts delays and suggests resources.

Frequently asked questions
Can it be bought on its own?
Yes, Project Management can also be bought on its own. Working hours and invoices can be transferred to your accounting software.
Is the progress claim process for construction supported?
Yes. Percentage of completion, retention, progress claims by work item and withholding tax calculation are part of the module.
Can I import data from other project planning software?
XML and MPP files can be imported. Bulk import with an Excel template is also possible.
Can working hours be entered from the phone?
Yes. Employees on site and in the office enter their hours from the phone browser.
Is there a management screen that shows all projects together?
Yes. There is a separate screen for managers that shows the return, resource use and risks of all projects.
