Where is my data processed and is it used for training?+
The Birasyo platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Europe region) where all ERP data is stored encrypted. AI responses are powered by Anthropic Claude models under an enterprise API agreement: by Anthropic's Zero Data Retention policy, prompts are not used for model training, are not logged and are not persisted — they are discarded after the response is returned. Personally identifiable data (national ID, IBAN, phone, e-mail) is automatically masked on the Birasyo side before any prompt leaves the platform. Customers who require on-premise or Türkiye-region processing can opt for Azure Türkiye or a private deployment.
