Personnel files and digital records
Contracts, ID documents, diplomas and certificates are kept in a digital archive. Documents are updated with e-signature, and access is granted with permissions that comply with KVKK.
Payroll and SGK
SGK contributions, income tax and stamp duty are calculated automatically. The e-Bildirge XML output is produced, and it is integrated with MUHSGK.
Leave and overtime
Multi-step approval flow, annual, excused and unpaid leave, weekend overtime and shift planning.
Attendance tracking
Time clock (PDKS) terminals and face recognition, location-verified clock-in from a mobile phone, and reports on lateness and missing hours.
Performance and OKR
Quarterly targets, 360° reviews, individual development plans and a link between performance and bonuses.
Recruitment (ATS)
Careers site and job posting management, candidate pool, interview scheduling, scoring and approval flow.
Training and development
Mandatory training assignments, attendance records, certificate tracking and renewal reminders.
Employee portal
Employees manage leave requests, payslips, personal details, advances and expense claims from their own screen.
Organisation chart
Departments, positions and reporting lines are defined. The chart updates itself, and succession plans are kept here too.
Expenses and advances
Receipt upload, approval flow, matching with the credit card statement and automatic posting to payroll.
Pay management
Pay scales by grade and position, pay rise simulation and bulk updates.
AI assistant
The AI pre-screens CVs, matches candidates to the position and produces performance summaries.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy HR on its own?
Yes, HR can also be used on its own. Payroll records can be transferred to your accounting software.
Are SGK declarations automatic?
The MUHSGK XML is produced automatically and sent to SGK from the system. e-Bildirge is prepared the same way.
Does it work with time clock devices?
It connects to widely used time clock (PDKS) devices over USB or the network.
Can the employee portal be used from the phone?
Yes. The employee portal opens in the phone browser and is added to the home screen. Leave, payslips, attendance and expense claims are handled there.
Can shift-based and flexible working patterns be defined?
Yes. Weekly and monthly shift templates are defined, and flexible or hybrid working patterns are set up. Whether the employee is working in the office or remotely that day is marked.
