In a canned demo everyone watches the same sample company and everything works perfectly. We show Birasyo with your customers, your products and your invoices. Before you decide, you see how the software works in your own business.

How the trial works
When the trial ends, you will have seen what the software covers in your business and what needs adapting.
We talk
We listen to how you work and which jobs you want to see. Together we choose the scenarios to go through in the trial.
You send a sample of your data
You send your customer, product, stock and open-invoice lists as Excel files or as an export from the software you use. You do not need to send everything. A part that represents your business is enough.
We set up your own environment
We load the data into an environment that is open only to you and switch on the modules that fit your sector.
We try your own scenarios together
In the meeting we run the quote, order, shipment, invoice and collection steps with your own records. We note together what is missing or needs adapting.
Which data is used in the trial?
- Customer and supplier list
- Product and stock list
- Open invoices and account balances
- Bills of materials and price lists, if you have them
- Two or three real cases you want to see, such as an order shipped in parts or an invoice with a return
How is your data protected?
- Your data is used only for this trial.
- It sits in an environment set aside for you, and other companies cannot see it. The infrastructure is in Microsoft Azure's data centre in the Netherlands.
- If you wish, we sign a confidentiality agreement before you send the data.
- You can remove or change personal fields such as phone numbers, e-mail addresses and ID numbers before sending.
- If you decide not to go ahead, we delete the data we loaded.
Frequently asked questions
- What is a PoC, and how is it different from a demo?
- A proof of concept (PoC) means trying the software with your own data before you decide, to see whether it works for your business. In a demo you watch a sample company prepared by the seller. In a PoC your own customers, products and invoices are on the screen.
- Do I have to send all of my data?
- No. A part that represents your business is enough: some of your customer and product lists, your open invoices and two or three real cases.
- What format should my data be in?
- An Excel file or an export from the software you use is enough. You do not need to rearrange the columns to our layout. We do the import.
- Which processes can I see in the trial?
- We choose together in the first call which modules to look at. The processes looked at most often are the sales flow from quote to collection, stock movements and customer and supplier accounts. Other areas such as manufacturing, e-Fatura (e-invoice) or payroll can be added.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- You will have seen what is ready and what needs adapting. If you decide to go ahead, the settings and the import layout from the trial are used in the setup. If you do not, we delete the data we loaded.
- Who is my data shared with?
- With no one. Only the Birasyo team running the trial sees it, and the data is used only for this trial. If you wish, we sign a confidentiality agreement first.
