Is setup really free?+
Standard setup, industry template and Logo/Mikro/Eta migration are included. Complex customisations (SAP integration, custom reports) are scoped as fixed-price packages — no surprise invoices.
Does my CPA require a paid seat?+
No — every plan includes one free CPA user. If you are an accounting firm, a dedicated CPA team package is available.
What if I want to cancel?+
Cancel anytime. Your data is exportable in standard formats (Excel, SQL dump, JSON). Refund policy: prorated refund for unused months on annual plans.
Do you provide vendor docs for KOSGEB / TÜBİTAK grants?+
Yes. For KOSGEB Digitalisation, TÜBİTAK BiGG and Ministry HAMLE/SAYEM grant applications we prepare the required vendor letters, investment breakdown and technical statement free of charge.
