- **Hosted on Microsoft Azure Europe** (Netherlands/Ireland regions). Microsoft does not currently operate an Azure region in Türkiye; private deployment with a Turkish hosting provider is available on request for customers requiring data residency inside Türkiye.
- Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Sensitive fields (TCKN, IBAN) column-level encrypted.
- Registered with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority (**KVKK / VERBİS**).
- **GDPR Data Processing Agreement** for EU customers.
- AI layer uses Anthropic Claude under a **Zero Data Retention** policy — customer data is never used for model training.
