### Is my data safe, where is it hosted?
Birasyo runs on Microsoft Azure Europe (Türkiye region on request). Data moves over TLS 1.3 and is stored under AES-256 encryption. We're registered with VERBİS (Türkiye's data protection authority); TCKN, IBAN and other sensitive fields are column-level encrypted. See the Security page for the full technical summary.

### How do I migrate from my current software (Logo, Mikro, Eta, Netsis, Luca)?
Data migration is included in the standard setup. Customers, suppliers, products, stock movements and opening balances are transferred automatically. During cut-over you can run Birasyo in parallel with your legacy system; full switch happens at the month or period close.

### How is user training handled?
Every module has a Turkish video library, a live online training session before each module goes live and a dedicated onboarding consultant for the first 30 days. A separate SMMM (CPA) training is standard.

### Does my CPA pay for a seat?
No. Every plan includes one free CPA user. Accounting firms can request a dedicated CPA team package.

### What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime. Data is exportable in standard formats (Excel, SQL dump, JSON). Prorated refund for unused months on annual plans.

### Do you support KOSGEB / TÜBİTAK grant applications?
